QNUK Level 3 Award In Emergency First Aid at Work (Management of Catastrophic Bleeding) (RQF) (EFAW + Cat Bleed)

 The Emergency First aid at work qualification is the choice of many employers to ensure they are meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety (first aid) Regulations.

Where employees are working in higher risk environments where the risk of dealing with a catastrophic bleed is more likely; additional training may be required. This qualification meets that need.

The QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (Management of Catastrophic Bleeding) (RQF) is ideal for those employers that need to meet the minimum requirement of first aid regulations, but where the management of catastrophic bleeding is a significant risk.

Pre-Requisites:

This qualification is available to those over 16 years. Candidates should be at least a level 2 numeracy and literacy or equivalent

Progression route: Learners may progress onto the following qualifications:

  • QNUK Level 3 Award in First aid at Work (RQF)
  • QNUK Level 3 Award in Responding to Incidents with an AED (RQF)
