THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO:
The aim of the NPORS Dozer course is to train candidates to safely and efficiently operate a dozer, carrying out pre-use checks and earthmoving tasks in line with legislation, manufacturer guidance, and NPORS standards.
WHO DO WE RECOMMEND ATTENDS THE COURSE?
The NPORS Dozer course is recommended for anyone who operates or will operate a dozer as part of their work, including construction, civil engineering, and earthmoving operatives. It is suitable for both new and experienced operators who require formal training or NPORS certification to ensure safe and competent machine use.
COURSE SUMMARY

Provides training in the safe and efficient operation of a dozer.

Covers legislation, PPE, pre-use checks, and basic maintenance.

Teaches machine controls, excavation, grading, and site work techniques.

Includes both theory and practical assessments.
LOCATIONS
Training and testing can be carried out at your site premises providing site specifications can be met.
COURSE DURATION
1-10 days depending on experience and candidate numbers.
HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING / TESTING
Candidates are required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety & Environmental test within the past 24 months to obtain the NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card. This test is not mandatory for the Traditional card but can be added upon request.
TESTING / CERTIFICATION
All candidates will complete the Full NPORS Theory & Practical Test and on successful completion will be issued with A 5 year NPORS Traditional Operator card or a 2 year NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card.
