The Forward Tipping Dumper Course provides candidates with the essential theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to operate the dumper safely and efficiently, in accordance with NPORS standards.

The Forward Tipping Dumper Course is ideal for individuals who operate or intend to operate forward tipping dumpers, including plant operators, construction workers, and site personnel. It is also suitable for those seeking NPORS certification or wishing to refresh and enhance their existing operating skills.
COURSE SUMMARY
The Forward Tipping Dumper Course provides candidates with the skills and knowledge to operate the machine safely and efficiently in accordance with NPORS standards, including:

Understanding industry hazards and operator responsibilities.

Using the manufacturer’s handbook and identifying key components and controls.

Carrying out pre-use and safety checks.

Selecting and maintaining correct PPE.

Preparing, operating, and manoeuvring the dumper safely.

LOCATIONS
Training and testing can be carried out at our training centre, or at your site premises providing site specifications can be met.
COURSE DURATION
1- 3 days depending on experience and candidate numbers
HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING / TESTING
Candidates are required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety & Environmental test within the past 24 months to obtain the NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card. This test is not mandatory for the Traditional card but can be added upon request.
TESTING / CERTIFICATION
All candidates will complete the Full NPORS Theory & Practical Test and on successful completion will be issued with A 5 year NPORS Traditional Operator card or a 2 year NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card.
