THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO:
To provide learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to operate a log handler safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and site regulations.

The NPORS Log Handler Course is recommended for operators and workers who handle, move, or load timber in forestry or industrial settings. It is also suitable for employers and supervisors who want to ensure safe, compliant log handling operations.
COURSE SUMMARY

Training and testing can be carried out at your site premises providing site specifications can be met.
COURSE DURATION
1- 5 days depending on experience and candidate numbers
HEALTH & SAFETY TEST
Candidates are required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety & Environmental test within the past 24 months to obtain the NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card. This test is not mandatory for the Traditional card but can be added upon request.
TESTING / CERTIFICATION
All candidates will complete the Full NPORS Theory & Practical Test and on successful completion will be issued with A 5 year NPORS Traditional Operator card or a 2 year NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card.
