THE AIM OF THE COURSE:
The aim of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely operate overhead cranes in accordance with NPORS standards.
WHO DO WE RECOMMEND ATTENDS THE COURSE?
This course is designed for personnel who operate or work with overhead cranes as part of their job. It is suitable for new operators requiring initial NPORS training, as well as experienced operators needing refresher training or certification updates. Anyone responsible for safe crane operation, load handling, or supervision of lifting operations on-site will benefit from this course.

Training and testing can be carried out at your site premises providing site specifications can be met.
COURSE DURATION
1- 3 days depending on experience and candidate numbers
HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING / TESTING
Candidates are required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety & Environmental test within the past 24 months to obtain the NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card. This test is not mandatory for the Traditional card but can be added upon request.
TESTING / CERTIFICATION
All candidates will complete the Full NPORS Theory & Practical Test and on successful completion will be issued with A 5 year NPORS Traditional Operator card or a 2 year NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card.
