The aim of an NPORS Pallet Stacker Truck Course is to train participants to safely and efficiently operate pallet stacker trucks, focusing on load handling, hazard awareness, and compliance with health and safety regulations in warehouse, industrial, and logistics environments.
The NPORS Pallet Stacker Truck Course is recommended for warehouse staff, logistics personnel, and operators who handle and move palletized goods. It is also suitable for supervisors and employers aiming to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pallet handling operations.
Provides training on the safe and efficient operation of pallet stacker trucks.
Covers machine components, controls, and operational techniques.
Teaches pre-operation checks, maintenance, and safety inspections.
Focuses on hazard recognition, risk assessment, and accident prevention.
Includes practical hands-on exercises for lifting, moving, and stacking pallets.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
Training and testing can be carried out at your site premises providing site specifications can be met.
1- 2 days depending on experience and candidate numbers
Candidates are required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety & Environmental test within the past 24 months to obtain the NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card. This test is not mandatory for the Traditional card but can be added upon request.
All candidates will complete the Full NPORS Theory & Practical Test and on successful completion will be issued with A 5 year NPORS Traditional Operator card or a 2 year NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card.
Forde Training is a registered ATO and can automatically claim any applicable grants upon successful completion of this course.
