THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO:
The aim of the NPORS Quick Hitch Awareness Course is to provide candidates with the knowledge and understanding required to safely use, attach, and detach quick hitch systems on excavators and other plant machinery, ensuring awareness of the associated hazards and compliance with current health and safety regulations.
WHO DO WE RECOMMEND ATTENDS THE COURSE?
The NPORS Quick Hitch Awareness Course is recommended for plant operators, supervisors, and ground personnel who use, or work in close proximity to, excavators fitted with quick hitch systems, and for anyone responsible for ensuring safe attachment and detachment of earthmoving equipment.

Training and testing can be carried out at our training centre, or at your site premises providing site specifications can be met.
COURSE DURATION
1 day
HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING / TESTING
Candidates are required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety & Environmental test within the past 24 months to obtain the NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card. This test is not mandatory for the Traditional card but can be added upon request.
TESTING / CERTIFICATION
All candidates will complete the Full NPORS Theory & Practical Test and on successful completion will be issued with A 5 year NPORS Traditional Operator card or a 2 year NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card.
