THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS TO:
The aim of the NPORS Road Planer Course is to provide candidates with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to safely operate a road planer, enabling them to carry out road surfacing, planing, and preparation tasks efficiently while complying with health and safety regulations and NPORS standards.
WHO DO WE RECOMMEND ATTENDS THE COURSE?
The NPORS Road Planer Course is recommended for plant operators, construction site personnel, and supervisors who are required to operate or work alongside road planers, including both new and experienced operators seeking formal certification to demonstrate safe and competent operation.

Training and testing can be carried out at your site premises providing site specifications can be met.
COURSE DURATION
1- 5 days depending on experience and candidate numbers
HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING / TESTING
Candidates are required to have passed the CITB Health, Safety & Environmental test within the past 24 months to obtain the NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card. This test is not mandatory for the Traditional card but can be added upon request.
TESTING / CERTIFICATION
All candidates will complete the Full NPORS Theory & Practical Test and on successful completion will be issued with A 5 year NPORS Traditional Operator card or a 2 year NPORS CSCS Trained Operator card.
