THE AIM OF THE COURSE:
The aim of the Site Safety Plus SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) course is to equip site managers and those with managerial responsibilities in the construction industry with a thorough understanding of health, safety, welfare, and environmental issues. The course enables them to manage sites safely and in compliance with current legislation, regulations, and best practices.
WHO MUST ATTEND THE COURSE?
The SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) course is designed for individuals who are — or are about to be — in positions of responsibility for managing construction activities safely.

CERTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate, issued by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). This nationally recognised qualification is valid for five years and confirms that the holder has the knowledge and skills to manage health, safety, welfare, and environmental responsibilities effectively on construction sites.
